"Silver Sage is a 58 unit new apartment complex located in a Southeast Reno neighborhood. NHD's participation in the project involved dedication of both Tax Credit Exchange and Tax Credit Assistance Program funds that were provided to the state through the federal stimulas law.  Originally planned for 38 units, an additional 22 units are being constructed because additional funds became available.  The Apartment is for senior tenants with incomes at or below 50% of the area median.  ...
